Richard Brown is a music producer who writes and produces songs for artists under PMW Live. He has written songs/collaborated with major artists like Selena Gomez, Jimmy Kimmel, Jojo, Kelly Clarkston, Sean Kingston and many more.

Heath Ripplinger is based in the US and is the Head Engineer, Mixer and Co-Producer for PMW Live and has worked on hundreds of songs and videos alongside Producer/Songwriter, Patrice Wilson.

Heath has extensive music placements on television via production deals with Universal Records, Killer Tracks and Magnetic Music Group. His music has been featured on Showtime, Discovery, Fox Sports, TLC and more.

Ian Hotchkiss and Chris Lowe are US acclaimed award winning film, video and TV directors. They both graduated from one of the top film schools in Miami, Florida and have worked with PMW Live for over 6 years, creating various content, that has gained word wide success.

They have also created and worked with various major networks like ABC, BBC, Fox, NBC, Comedy Central, G4 TV, BET, VH1, MTV and many more. Ian and Chris have also written, directed, produced and filmed many Reality TV shows that are currently airing on various major networks.

Their unique style of directing and filming brings out the best in the final productions.

A legendary, internationally acclaimed A&R executive, has worked with many of the most notable artists in modern music history. As a promotion person for Capitol Records he was involved with The Beatles and the launch of Apple Records, receiving the only Golden Apple Award ever given by The Beatles.

 Don also worked in International, Marketing and Advertising for Capitol. He then became a founding member and VP, A&R, for EMI America Records, signing and working with acts such as Sheena Easton, Kim Carnes, Kate Bush, Sir Cliff Richard, J. Geils Band, and Kenny Rogers.

This was followed by a very successful period as VP, Head of A&R Capitol where he signed and/or helped guide a number of hit-making artists, including Heart, Tina Turner, Joe Cocker, Anne Murray, Steve Vai, Megadeth, The Motels, Bob Seger, Duran Duran, Thomas Dolby, Billy Squier, and others.

Later he became Sr. VP, Head of A&R at Sony/Epic Records in New York, signing and working with such acts as Celine Dion, Cheap Trick, Bad English, Gloria Estefan, Cyndi Lauper, The Jacksons and Living Colour.
